ESPN Report 2.27.12: Betsy Carter

Monday

NO SCHOOL!!!!!!!
    Tuesday
Today was started by doing morning work, as usual.After announcements,we went to mass. Jill alter served and did a fantastic job.After mass, we went to math. Then we read  a  story from our book, called The Big Storm. After that, we went to Art. In Art, we printed our castles.It was very fun. When we got back  from Art, we presented our Explorer Activities.Then we had lunch. Today’s special was Chick-fil -a. We had recess and than Dear.As usual, we got our stuff for Science and left. After Science came social studies .We took notes on early explorers, like Marco Polo, for example.Then came Shop and then we went home.
    Wednesday
We started our day as usual. With morning work. Today is Ash Wednesday, so we got ashes on our foreheads in the shape of a cross at mass. Jill alter served again and did very well.Then we went to math. After math we graded our spelling packets that were due.Then we got our binders and left for Spanish. Some people presented their P.I.E. activities after Spanish. After that, it was time for lunch and recess. Then it was time for Dear. After that, we went to Science. After Science we did a reflection for Lent in Religion.  It was then time for language arts and we learned about tense verbs. Then it was Shop finally, we went home.
    Thursday
Today was a normal day. Which meant we had  to do morning work. Today is the second day of Lent and is already challenging! After announcements, we had a little bit of free time. Then we graded our spelling packet and graded the vocab unit that was due. After that we went to math and then went to music and P.E.Then it was time for lunch and recess. After Dear, we went to science. Then we had social studies. We had five minutes extra, so we got to work on homework during that time. After that we had Shop and we finally went home.
    Friday
Today was started by doing morning work, as usual. After announcements, we work on morning work for a few minutes and then went to computer. After computer, we took our  spelling and vocab tests. Then we went to library and worked on the Heritage Fair  information. After that, we had lunch and recess. We had math and then science. After science we had Stations of the Cross. Then it was time for Shop and we went home.
