Monday!

First we had M.W. Then we reread John Henry. Then we went to math, in math we checked our study guide. Next we went to music, in music we reviewed our recorder songs. Then we had P.E., in P.E. we did scooter soccer and regular soccer. After that we corrected our D.O.L. Next we had lunch no special lunch L . Recess was after lunch. Then we had D.E.A.R. Then we had science. Next  we had S.S. in S.S. we learned about Native American stories, then we made our own stories. Next we voted for our party and finally we had SHOP!!!

Tuesday!

First we had M.W. then we went to Mass. The feast day was St. Luke. Next we talked about our party. Then we went to math, we had our test. Then we corrected our D.O.L. Then we had art, we worked on our circle project. Then we had special lunch schlotzkys it was good J . Then we had recess. Next we voted for a movie for our party. Next was D.E.A.R. Next we had science, we did a packet. Then we had S.S.-Anasazi. Then we had extra time to work!!! Finally SHOP!

Wednesday!

First was M.W. as usual. Then we had an all school Mass. When we came back we had math, we did football math and corrected our tests. Next we came back to our class and had a spelling test. Next was Spanish, Then we had lunch not special. Next was recess, then we came in for D.E.A.R. Then we had science, study guides. Then we had our reading test. After that we explained our activity for tall tales. Finally SHOP!!

Thursday!

As usual we had M.W. Then Mr.C came to watch our teamwork and see how we had earned our party. We started our TALL TALES postersJ . Next was math we did bingo! Next was science, we corrected our study guide. Then was music we did recorders. After that was P.E. we did soccer and dodge-ball. Next was correcting D.O.L. Then lunch, Panera!!!!! J. Then we had recess and D.E.A.R. After that was vocab test, and then… Our party!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we watched RIO, had snacks and drinks, it was so fun! Then we had SHOP, and the day was over!

Tuesday

This morning we had to double up on morning work. Then we went to mass, we had Fr. Mike. After mass we got our hearing and sight screened. Then we went to Art, in Art we took notes on our new project. After that we went to lunch, our special lunch was Culver’s. And finally we had recess, a lot of people played 4-square. Then we had D.E.A.R. (that is when we get to read). After that we had Math. In Math we did math football. Then we had Science, we had no homework. And then Ms. Mckee handed out our spelling word searches and reading comprehension questions. Ten we had dismissal and left.

Wednesday

Today we did morning work as usual. (now we do this thing in the mornings where if a song is playing you only have one minute until the bell rings) After morning work we went to mass and we had Fr. Bill. Then we had math, and we did exponents. Finally we had lunch and recess. Then we had science. And after that we had a S.S. test. And that was all.

Thursday

We did the usual morning routine. Then we went to math. After that we went to P.E. and music. Then lunch and recess, after that D.E.A.R. Next we had science and religion. Then we had L.A. After that we left.

Friday

We came to school, did our M.W., went to computer, and then we tore out our reading and spelling packets. Then we did religion. After that we went to library. Then we went to lunch and recess. After that, D.E.A.R. then math and science. Then we left.

ESPN Report 10/10/11: Hannah Patterson

Monday 10/3/2011

    This is Hannah Patterson reporting about the Team McKee class.  This week they had a tough game. There were a lot of yellow cards because we did NOT follow our class creed. We started our day of with morning work as usual. We also had math. In the middle of math we were interrupted because we had to go to pictures because it was picture day! After that we had music. In music we played recorders, but it was a review so it wasn’t hard. In physical education, we played a game where if your number was called you grabbed your bowling pin ran around each team set your bowling pin down and sat down. The team that got done first won the game. Then we had lunch and there was no special lunch, so everybody brought his or her own lunch. After that we had recess. When we came in from recess we had D.E.A.R time and science. In religion we had a study guide. Then it was time for S.H.O.P. The day was over.

   This morning we had morning work and a parish mass. Fr. Mike was our priest. After mass we had math again. Our special for today was art. We were finishing our bedroom portraits. Then we had lunch. The special lunch for today was chick-fil-a. Then we had recess. After that we had D.E.A.R and science. We had a religion test and S.H.O.P.

Wednesday 10/5/2011

This morning we had morning work and an all school mass. Fr. Mike was our priest again. After mass we had Spanish.  After Spanish, we had lunch. In the afternoon, we had recess, D.E.A.R time, and science. We also had social studies and S.H.O.P. That was all for today.

             

Thursday 10/6/2011

Today we started our day of with morning work. Then we had math. After math we had music and physical education. Then we had lunch. There was no special lunch. After lunch we had recess. Then as usual we had D.E.A.R and science. We also had as usual S.S and S.H.O.P.

Friday 10/7/2011

Today was an awesome day because as usual we started our day of with morning work. Then we had math. After that we had library and computers. In lunch we had Fazoli’s spaghetti. At recess we had the playground. Then we had D.E.A.R. In science we had a test over lesson 4 and lesson 5 vocabulary words. In social studies, we played a game of jeopardy. It was so much fun. Then it was time for S.H.O.P. The week was over and now we all get a 3 day weekend!!!!!!!!!!!

Monday, September 26

Today we did our morning work.  Then, we went to our specials which were music and P.E.  In music we learned to play the boomachers which was a lot of fun.  In P.E we played the gauntlet.   People with balls on the outside of a rectangle try to hit the people in the center of the rectangle.  We also had a substitute teacher and her name was Mrs. Herting.  Mrs. Herting was really nice and friendly.

Tuesday, September 27

Today we did our morning work and we went to Art.  We finished our black flairs for our bedroom portraits.  Today at lunch we had Schlotzskys and  half the class ordered it.  In science we learned about plant cells. 

Wednesday, September 28

Today we didn’t have all school mass because the priests were not back from their retreat. We had Spanish, also called Espanol.  We learned multiplication of decimals in math.  We also started our posters in social studies.

Thursday, September 29

Today we did our morning work.  Then we went to music and P.E.  At recess everybody played four square.  In P.E we played the “Gauntlet” again.  We also had our spelling, and reading tests.  The spelling and reading tests were really easy.  We had special lunch from Panera and some people didn’t like it.

Friday, September 30

Today we did our morning work as usual.  Our specials were computer and library.  We had all school mass with Father Bill as our priest.  In the afternoon we had cookies in the courtyard because the priests wanted to.  TGIF
